A large national estate agency had been let down by a cleaning company who had performed a sub-standard clean in a large Belgravia flat, on the morning of a tenant’s move in day. Despite being called at 1700 and having a full schedule, we were able to send a team by 1830, who carried out a full end of tenancy clean including carpets, curtains & windows. This subsequently passed a detailed check in with both an agency appointed inventory clerk and a relocation agent appointed clerk the following morning.

An overseas tenant required a full end of tenancy clean to be carried out at their previous apartment in Kensington, and a move in clean to their newly rented apartment in Chelsea. Due to late notice this could only be carried out on a Saturday. By placing one team in each property at the same time, we were able to fit the client in and work around the removal company. Both apartments passed a full inventory clerk inspection by two separate agencies.

A large scale clean including abseil access to exterior roof areas, full landscaping, post-works cleaning, and a full deep clean throughout was required at a large (c. 5,000 square foot) house close to Notting Hill for a private client who had just finished large refurbishment at the property. We started work the same week and were finished in two days, leaving ample time for other contractors to carry out additional work prior to the move in date.

One of our regular clients had a requirement for a large house in Chelsea to be cleaned post a long tenancy, other minor repairs carried out, touch up paint in a number of rooms, and the outside patio power-washed and cleaned, all to be carried out for the following day. By working alongside our own maintenance contractors, we managed to carry out all works more efficiently, and ensure that deadlines were met.
